Acceptance

By downloading or using TrailCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

TrailCraft is a diagnostic and monitoring tool for vehicles equipped with OBD-II ports. The app is provided for informational purposes only.

• Do not use TrailCraft while driving. Pull over safely before interacting with the app.
• TrailCraft is not a substitute for professional vehicle diagnostics or repair.
• Vehicle configuration changes (tire size, gear ratio, DRL settings) are performed at your own risk.

Vehicle Modifications

TrailCraft may allow you to modify certain vehicle parameters via OBD-II. By using these features:

• You acknowledge that modifying vehicle settings may void your manufacturer's warranty.
• You accept full responsibility for any changes made to your vehicle.
• TrailCraft is not liable for any damage, malfunction, or safety issues resulting from vehicle configuration changes.
• Some modifications may require a Security Gateway (SGW) bypass on 2018+ Chrysler/Stellantis vehicles.

Subscriptions

TrailCraft Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($4.99/month), yearly subscription ($39.99/year), or lifetime purchase ($79.99). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Disclaimer of Warranty

TrailCraft is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, that diagnostic readings will be accurate, or that vehicle configuration changes will work as expected on all vehicles.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrailCraft or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to vehicle damage, data loss, or personal injury.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
